The County Assembly Rooms blends the charm of an 18th century venue for social events with the amenities of a modern establishment yet retaining much of its original character and luxurious accommodation.

The County Assembly Rooms offers the perfect setting for your wedding reception whether large or small. The smaller gathering can take advantage of the Tennyson Suite with its adjacent bar and lounge area. The larger reception can receive guests in the oval room before wedding breakfast is served in the Ballroom.

Either room will offer class, with table laid with white linen table cloths and an array of coloured napkins to match the event.

Try our hog roast! A garden to the rear of the Tennyson Suite can be made available to guests, and is afforded stuning aspects of the Cathedral, making it an ideal position for wedding photographs. Alternatively, with prior arrangment, the Cathedral grounds and the stunning areas within Lincoln Castle are both within walking distance.
